Southwest Basketball Association of the Deaf (SWBAD) held the 78th Annual Men’s Regional Basketball Tournament on March 13-14, 2026, in Houston, Texas.
SWBAD hosted 9 men teams over the weekend, Men’s tournament kicked off with 1st round action with #8 Alamo City losing to #9 Houston Ballaz 70-45, #5 Aura Force defeated #4 Memphis 57-52, #3 Texas Predators rolled over #6 DFW Infinity 78-46, #2 Heatwaves smothered #7 Black Bats 55-17, Defeating Champion #1 ATX rolled over #9 Ballaz 75-56. Semi-Final games concluded with #2 Heatwaves defeating #3 Texas Predators 59-42, #1 ATX rolled over #5 Aura Force 67-36. The 3rd Place game saw action Texas Predators defeated Aura Force 75-68 to capture a 3rd place finish. Champion Game saw action with #1 ATX capturing Champion over #2 Heatwaves 71-47 to capture SWBAD Title.
